FSBO SALES CENTER is a division of Crafty Crafters which started with it's 90 store World Wide Crafts and Gifts mall almost 10 years ago.. Here crafters can purchase a link in one of our many listed stores and expose their crafts world wide for a small annual fee.
Following the success with our crafts mall, Crafty Crafters now owns and operates and has become sales agents for several other internet companies. We are constantly expanding and new businesses are continually being developed. Any Charges made to your Charge Card will read CRAFTY CRAFTERS
Crafty Crafters has been in business on the Internet for about 10 years. Crafty Crafters is a member of the local Central Alabama Better Business Bureau, and we welcome your inquiries.

Since nearly all of our expenses occur mostly in the first few days after a property has been listed, there will not be any REFUNDS of any kind for our services. If your listing EXPIRES prior to your selling your property, we will renew your listing for the same time period, FREE of any chanrge.
Since we are NOT Real Estate Agents or Brokers or Advisors, Our services are ONLY to assist you in your "FOR SALE BY OWNER" process. We do not sell property for any one, nor do we receive any commission upon or before the sale of sellers property. Other than the listing fees and photo service, or proceeds we receive from the sale of our signs, we receive no other payments for our services.
The Property seller is solely responsible for the accuracy of their listing.
Should you list your property with a Realtor prior to the experation of your listing with us, YOUR LISTING WILL BE DELETED and no refunds will be made.
